my best friend recently posted photos of some of her thrift store purchases. i mostly buy things that quickly get jumbled in with the rest of my stuff. occasionally getting mostly forgotten. it's sad but true. i've also often bought something and known that i bought it just for it's novelty value. in an effort to keep my purchasing confined to the realm of things i need or can use i take pictures of some of the things i leave at the store. this one here is awesome, right? oh the battles they've had. they're obviously arch enemies... i know i should have bought these. they'd be sitting on top of my dining room armoire waiting to be handled by friends and strangers, waiting to be commented upon. so cool. this is why i leave these things on the shelves where i found them.
i'm working on a couple projects but there are 2 that i finished this week that will be posted soon. that's a project all it's own.
